Welcome to YBFIT Training, where we believe in the power of inspiring fitness quotes to fuel your fitness journey. Even on tough days, these quotes remind us to stay motivated and push towards our fitness goals. Join us as we find strength and inspiration in the words of others.

Here are some of our favourite quotes to inspire and motivate you to fitness..

1. “The pain you feel today will be the strength you feel tomorrow”

We all experience pain when pushing through our fitness boundaries. It’s important to remember that the pain is only temporary. Eventually, you’ll be pleased that you pushed yourself and you will feel great when you achieve your goals.

2. “It’s a journey, not a race”

Everyone takes their own time to complete their journey. Some will progress quicker than others and some journeys will be further than others. We shouldn’t compare ourselves to others and should focus on our own progress. If you spend too much time thinking about how other people are progressing, it is likely to hinder your own performance.

3. “The greatest wealth is health”

Your health is the greatest investment. To pay for a gym membership or fitness classes is actually not expensive when you look at the bigger picture. Your body is so important, so it should be worth the cost of a gym pass.

4. “Fitness is like a relationship. You can’t cheat and expect it to work”

This is such a cliché phrase, but it really is true.. If you cheat, you are only cheating yourself. If you try to cut corners when it comes to fitness, or lie about your progress, it will only take you longer to meet your goals. You are better to set more achievable targets and hit them, than to push yourself too hard and end up cheating your way through.
